Races & Goals

Despite having entered the world of running just a few years ago, I do have a good number of races under my belt. In true Linda fashion, my very first race was the 2013 Chicago Marathon. Hey, if I’m going to run a race, why not start with a World Class Marathon? Go big or go home, right? I have lots of big dreams when it comes to races, including running all of the World Marathon Majors. My current finish times would qualify me for Boston if I were a woman in my 80s, so I definitely have a long way to go, but a girl can dream, right? Maybe by the time I achieve this goal I WILL be in my 80s, and by then I can reflect on the knowledge, skills, and expertise I have gained over the years, and use that expertise to guide others through their journey.
